Designing a Digital Employee Experience Based on Research

Research means pursuing in-depth audits of the "connections between employee communication effectiveness and business results."

This will inform how to create and distribute content by employees for employees. Evaluating existing analytics will dictate where social channels and practices come into play (if at all), how to implement digital signage (i.e. news, features, predictions, policy updates), as well as what content has the best performance rates.
